RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

We hope that you will LOVE your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange.

You'll just need to:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
  2. Return the item unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition
  3. Email hello@bronzedandglow.com.au with your Full Name, Address, Contact Number and Message.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via email before your item is shipped. We will not be held accountable for incorrect addresses being supplied and a fee to redirect this will be charged. We recommend taking extra care when checking out to ensure you have chosen correctly.

Please contact us via email for any other issues and we will aim to respond within 1 business day.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you have not received your item within 5 business days please email hello@bronzedandglow.com.au and we will do our best to help track down your item if you have had no response from your shipping carrier. We will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items.

If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in the transit or a faulty item, please email us at hello@bronzedandglow.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, a photo of the damaged item and the box it was sent in.
